She was a loving and devoted wife, mom, and Mema Bish. She was an avid gardner, reader of murder/crime mysteries, loved the mountains and her “babies” Bella, Deacon and Snuggles.
She is survived by her husband Wayne Bishop; sons James M. Register Jr. of Cape Carteret, Charles Michael Register of Boone and Patrick Clarke Bishop of Mt. Pleasant, SC; sisters Cheryl Perron of Jacksonville, FL and Karen Barfield of Gainsville, FL; and three grandchildren Morgan Register, Madison Register and Jameson Register.
A memorial will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, September 21, 2015 at Cotten Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
