Ann Tattersall

She was born on December 6, 1930 in Pittsburgh, PA , and married and raised her family in Mt. Lebanon, PA. John and Ann moved to Fairfield Harbour in New Bern from Elkton, MD. Ann was an avid reader and bridge player. She loved to travel, entertain, and she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a lifelong Steelers fan.

Ann is survived by her husband of 55 years, John F. Tattersall, four children, John F. Tattersall and wife Laureen of Clifton Park, NY; Thomas L. Tattersall and wife Karen of Hockessin, DE; David A. Tattersall and wife Shelly of Landenberg, PA; Amy E. Tattersall of New Bern; and ten grandchildren, John, Ashley, Alyssa, Holly, Heather, Hillary, Hannah, Justin, Colin and Quinn. She was also the loving owner of her golden retriever, Lucy.

The family would like to thank Craven County Home Health & Hospice, CarolinaEast Medical Center and all of her recent caregivers.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2013, at Cotten Funeral Home.
