She was born on February 17, 1933, the daughter of Nathan C. and Margaret Mae Koke Antle. She married Allen E. “Jasper” Ray on June 12, 1981. He preceded her in death in 2008.
Frances was a faithful member of the Berlin Christian Church. She graduated from New Berlin High School in 1951. Frances loved flea markets, yard sales, and playing board games and cards.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; sister, Catherine Clayton; and sons, Ronald and Greg Sheppard.
Frances is survived by sons, Wayne and Jerry Sheppard of Berlin; daughter, Mary (Rich) Behl of New Berlin; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one niece; one nephew; and several cousins.
Private family services were held.
