Zoel A. Allain

Born in New Bedford, the son of the late Thadee and Rosalie (LeBlanc) Allain. Mr. Allain served in the US Navy during WWII and was a Machine Operator at Coin Industrial Laundry for many years before retiring in 1985. He was an avid bowler, playing for the Richards Flooring Team.

Survivors include one son; Bruce Z. Allain and his wife Kathleen of Warwick, RI, four brothers; Paul, Arthur, Omer and Rene Allain, all of New Bedford and five grandchildren Justin, Tyler, Brianne Allain all of New Bedford, Mary and Hannah Pearsall both of Warwick. He was also the brother of the late Cecile Silveira, David and Frank Allain.

His Funeral will be held Friday, December 23, 2011 at 11:30 AM in the ROCK Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford. Visiting hours, Thursday 5-8 PM. Burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Bedford.
