Rachel L. Marshall

Rachel Lee (Martin) Marshall, age 47, passed away at Tobey Hospital Monday, February 27, 2017 surrounded by her loving family .She fought a long and courageous battle with Machado-Joseph Disease. Rachel was the wife of Steven Marshall with whom she shared 20 years of marriage.

Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of Norbert and Cheryl (Pacellini) Martin. Rachel was a 1987 graduate of New Bedford Vocational High School. She enjoyed scrapbooking and doing various craft projects.

Survivors in addition to her husband are one brother, Darren Martin of New Bedford; her grandmother, Alice Pacellini of New Bedford; her grandfather, Norbert Martin of Dartmouth; two sisters-in-law, Debbie Marshall-Hewlitt and her spouse Tammy of Carver and Sharon Smith and her husband Robert of Gilmanton, NH; her mother-in-law, Claire Miranda; her father-in-law, Ronald Marshall; her step mother-in-law, Sandra Marshall; two nieces, four nephews and her 2 beloved cats, Bandit and Autumn.
