Born in New Bedford, a daughter of the late Wayne A. and Agnes (Silveira) Roberts. Norma was a lifelong resident of New Bedford. She was employed by St. Luke’s Hospital as a registered nurse prior to her retirement. Norma had a great love and affection for her children, especially her grandchildren. She was very active with the Boy Scouts and enjoyed quilting.
Norma is survived by her children, Christopher A. Bibeau, Jean M. Bibeau Mooney and her husband Shawn, Marie Duarte and her husband John, Matthew A. Bibeau and his wife Naomi and David A. Bibeau and his wife Melissa Sue; a brother, David Roberts and his wife Janis; twelve grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
