Lynn Ann Medeiros

Lynn Ann (Cournoyer) Medeiros, 53 of East Freetown passed away too soon on Friday, April 10, 2020 in St. Luke’s Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of Richard Medeiros and soon to be grandmother of Baby Medeiros.

Born in New Bedford, a daughter of Roger and Janice (Yates) Cournoyer, she was a lifelong Southcoast resident. Lynn was a graduate of Dartmouth High School and Bristol Community College where she received a degree in Business. Lynn was a devout wife and mother, family was everything to her. She loved to travel, especially to Bermuda with her beloved Richard, spending sunny days in the pool or at the beach, and spending quality time with her family and best friend. She was always the life of the party and left impressionable memories with everyone she met.

In addition to her loving husband Richard and her parents, Roger and Janice; she is survived by her loving children, Cory James Medeiros and his companion Tayla Sturtevant of Acushnet and Kaila Brie Medeiros and her fiancé John Macomber of Rochester; two sisters, Laurie Girard and her husband Daniel of WI and Karen Lesieur and her husband Ed of RI; and many nieces and nephews.

Lynn's Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 12:00PM in St. John Neumann Church, 157 Middleboro Road, E. Freetown, MA 02717. Relatives and friends are invited.
