John Moreau

Born in New Bedford, he was the son of the late Romeo R. and Blanche (Thuot) Moreau. He was a resident of Burlington, MA before moving back to the New Bedford area. Dr. Moreau was the owner of Dr. John V. Moreau, DMD dental practice in Lexington, MA. He was a graduate of Holy Family High School, University of Massachusetts Amherst and Tufts Dental School.

Dr. Moreau was a Captain in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He loved photography and spending time with his longtime companion Mary King.

He is survived by a daughter: Lise Reed and her husband Mark of New Bedford, a son: Mathieu Moreau and his wife Jayne of Powell, Ohio, five grandchildren: Lila Moreau, Anna Moreau, Serena Turner, Bradley Mello and Robert Mello.
