Jason Henry Medeiros

Jason H. Medeiros entered into eternal life while at work on January 25, 2019. Born and raised in New Bedford, he was a graduate of New Bedford High School. Jason read the Bible regularly, enjoyed cooking, barbeques, fishing and crabbing. He enjoyed watching the Patriots, Bruins and Premier League Soccer. He was a skilled soccer player in his youth and high school.

He was the beloved son of Manuel and Maria Medeiros of New Bedford. He is survived by his parents, his brother and friend Sidney and his wife Michelle Medeiros of Acushnet and their children Savannah and Sidney, Jr. whom Jason loved very much, his younger brother Nathan who was his best buddy and constant companion. His maternal grandmother Honorina Leca, his late grandfather Armando Reis Leca, his late paternal grandfather and grandmother Manuel and Maria De Jesus Negalha. His aunt Maria Bernado and her husband Jose Augusto of Acushnet, his aunt Mary Raposo and her husband Joao of New Bedford, his aunt and godmother Leonor Donaghy and her husband Daniel of New Bedford, uncle Armando Leca, Jr. and his wife Ana of Dartmouth, beloved cousins, Bobby, Nelson and Kevin Bernado and Celly Monteiro, Michael Raposo and Jessica Lombard, Armando III and wife Monica and Brandon Leca, Steven and wife Christina and Christopher Holzer.
