Elizabeth was indeed a very special lady.  I enjoyed my time with her at the Oaks.  For me, she was the "OAKS", strong and determined.  I enjoyed quoting Scarlet O'Hara lines with her.  She was sharp as a tack.  We had great respect for one another.  I will miss her.  My deepest sympathy and prayers go to your family.  Glenn, thank you for all your help when I needed it most.

Elizabeth and I have shared many laughs together.  She and I shared good stories.  I will always keep her in my heart.  I will always miss our morning talks.

I had the great pleasure of taking care of Liz. She was one of my favorites and will always have a special place in my heart. I'll miss her infectious smile, the lovely stories of her son's/grandson's, her love for antiques and for the movie "Gone with the wind", how much she enjoyed the stories of my  kids Matthew & Makayla and when I'd bring them to visit. Most of all I'll miss her hugs and kisses :) Which, she would always leave a mark on my cheek from her lipsick. She truly is one of a kind and will be missed dearly. My sympathies to the family.

It was a pleasure knowing Elizabeth; she was such a lovely person. I will miss her so much.

I was so very sad to hear about Elizabeth. I had only known her a couple of months - since my mother's admission to The Oaks. Elizabeth immediately became a favorite with my mother, sister and me. She was bright and warm and the most elegant older lady I've ever met. At The Oaks, she really stood out - she just "sparkled" - and you couldn't help but be drawn to her. Although I only knew her for a short time, I will never forget her, and she will be desperately missed at The Oaks by both residents and staff. If we are feeling her loss so deeply, I cannot imagine how difficult this must be for her family. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to them.

There will never be another Elizabeth Hardy. she was one of a kind. With her wit and stubborness at times. I will never forget the way her face lit up when she talked about her family. and her most favorite movie ever, Gone With The Wind. She will be missed.

I was saddened to hear of Elizabeth's passing. Although I only knew her for a short time while my mom was at the Oaks, I found Elizabeth to be a kind and wonderful lady. She delighted in seeing my grandchildren when they came to the Oaks and they would always give her a hug. She will be missed!
