Born in Boston, a daughter of the late William and Helen (Mahoney) Healy, she grew up in Dorchester and later lived in Fairhaven and Mt. Carmel, IL.
Diane had various jobs in her life including working in banking, hairdressing, and as a clerk until her retirement. Diane was an avid bingo player, enjoyed going to Foxwoods, reading, and entertaining.
She is survived by her children, William Healy of ID, Richard Healy of New Bedford, and Catherine McMullin of Ashland; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Regina Zunino of Raynham, Fr. Gabriel Healy SSCC of Congregation of Sacred Hearts of Fairhaven, Richard Healy of Marshfield, and Edward Healy of New Bedford.
