Conrad Charles Sullivan

Conrad Charles "Sully" Sullivan, age 87, of New Bedford passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023 in Care One of New Bedford, surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of the late Barbara (Bumpus) Sullivan and Eva (Varieur) Sullivan.

Born in New Bedford, a son of the late James and Valada (Bonneau) Sullivan, he was a lifelong resident of New Bedford. He was a graduate of New Bedford High School and was employed at Lebeau's Tavern prior to his retirement. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was an avid New England sports fan.

He is survived by his children, Sheila Burke and her husband Michael of New Bedford, Patricia Smola and her husband Michael of Dartmouth and James Sullivan of New Bedford; his step-children, Daniel, Russell, Norman, Anthony, Robert, Marc and Brian Fournier; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Norman and Donald Sullivan.

His Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 9:00AM in the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, MA 02745 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM in St. Francis Xavier Parish, 125 Main Street, Acushnet, MA 02743.
