Carol Ann Landry

Born in Marion, a daughter of the late John and Ann (Pittsley) Leavitt she was a lifelong area resident.

Carol worked as a certified home health aide. She enjoyed going to the casinos, roller skating, watching ice skating, and watching TV. Carol was a dedicated and loving mother that always put her family and children first. Her family describes her as a wonderful and perfect mother.

She is survived by her children, Fredrick Kelly of Swansea, Lori Franco and her husband Cesar of Westport, Anne Sousa and her husband John of Dartmouth, Mary Kelly-Zis and her husband Mikhail of Dartmouth, Gary Pepin of Swansea, and Kimberly Gregg of New Bedford; a brother, James Leavitt of FL; 14 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many lifelong friends. She was the grandmother of the late Blake Sousa.

Her visitation will be Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon followed by a service at 12 noon in the ROCK FUNERAL HOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford followed by burial in Pine Grove Cemetery. For online tribute/directions www.rockfuneralhome.com.
