Brandy Lynn Mello Fortin

Born in New Bedford, a daughter of Karin Mello and Glenn Lagasse both of the city she was a lifelong resident. Brandy attended New Bedford Schools as well as New Bedford Vocational High School.

Brandy enjoyed motorcycles and football. She was a big Patriot’s fan and had the opportunity to meet many of the team members. She was inspiring to a lot of people. Her heart was big and full of love. Brandy was an animal lover and her cat, Mia, will miss her greatly. For Brandy, her children were her light and her life.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by two sons, Jake Beaulieu of Wareham and Troy Fortin “Junior” of New Bedford; and many dear relatives and friends.

Her visitation will be Friday 4-8 pm in the ROCK FUNERALHOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, MA. Cremation will follow. Burial will be private. www.rock-funeralhome.com for online tribute/directions.
