Wymond Ritter

Wymond L. Ritter, 80 years of age passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017. He was born March 30, 1936 in Steuben County, Indiana to the late Wymond and Virginia Ritter. He was a United States Veteran of the National Guard, and a tool and die maker at General Electric where he retired. Wymond was a member of St. John Paul II Catholic Church and the American Legion both in Sellersburg as well as a member of the NRA. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Tracy Ritter. Survivors include his wife Brenda Ritter; children, Rick Ritter (Priscilla), Fawn Mount (Jeff), Jim Ritter (Teresa); step-children, Rhonda Boman (Keith), Kim Coats (Terry), Kathy Buit (Aaron); sister, Margaret “Peg” Kloock (Jerry), brother, Jay Ritter (Delite); 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 am Friday at St. John Paul Catholic Church in Sellersburg with entombment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
