Terry L. Romero

Terry L. Romero, age 66, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center. Terry was born in New Albany, Indiana on September 19, 1956, in New Albany, Indiana to the late Antonio and Mildred Romero. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was a loving husband, father and devoted church member. Terry loved to play guitar, listen to music, watch sports (IU and Washington Commanders) and spend time with his family. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Treye Romero; a sister, Shirley Romo; birthmother, Shirley Ford Gainer and his mother-in-law, Patricia Conrad. Terry is survived by his wife of 13 years, Beth Conrad Romero; a daughter, Kayleigh Dewitt (Trey); a son, Jason Romero; a stepdaughter, Hannah Conrad (Roy); grandchildren, Kaine, Kyle, Kaiden, Chloe, Aubrey, Braeden, Noah, Holland and Jaxtyn; one great granddaughter, Avionna; a sister, Marti Gainer; a brother, Kenny Gainer; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday January 12, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1534 Slate Run Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Friday, January 13, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1534 Slate Run Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150 with burial to follow at Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
