Shirley A. Hagan Hill

Shirley A. Hill, 77 years of age passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at her home in Clarksville, Indiana. She was born July 2, 1936 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Edward and Loraine Hagan. Shirley retired from Fischer Packing Co. and also worked at Walmart and Providence Retirement Home. She was a member of UCFW Local #227 in Louisville and the same Bunko group for over 20 years. Shirley enjoyed working in the yard, tinkering in the house, and spending time with family and her beloved animals. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Hill, and son, Jim Hill.

Survivors include her daughters, Sharon O’Rourke, Jule Hill, Sandy Hill; brothers, James Hagan, Edward Hagan; sister, Louise Barmore; 2 grandchildren, Chris Boysel (Lesley) of Lexington, Kentucky, Jessica O’Rourke (Danny); 1 great granddaughter.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm ~ 6:00 pm Sunday and after 9:00 am Monday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring St., New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Monday at the Kraft Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
