Sherry L. Owens

Sherry L. Owens, 68, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana passed away December 8, 2020 at Baptist Health Floyd. She was born on August 3, 1952 in New Albany, Indiana to the Elora M. Sarles and the late Harold E. Sarles. She was a beautician and Salon Owner and attended Floyds Knobs Christian Church.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Mark S. Owens; and two brothers, John D. Sarles and Howard S. Sarles.

Sherry will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her three children, Adam Owens (Kerrie), Lori Owens, and Bradley Owens (Kelsey); two grandchildren, Skyler and Addyson; mother, Elora M. Sarles; twin brother, Paul S. Sarles; a sister, Elizabeth A. Sarles Washer (Grover); a brother, Michael S. Sarles (Robin); and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Drive-thru visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to Noon on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road. Due to Covid-19, Private Graveside Services will be conducted at Kraft Graceland Memorial Park. A celebration of life service will be conducted at a later date.
