Sandra "Sandy" Hammack

Sandra Hammack, age 67, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2024. Sandra was born in Huntingburg, Indiana, on October 31, 1957, to the late Justus Crawford and Venita (Walls) Earls. Sandra was a faithful employee of Bruce Fox Woodworking for over 20 years. She loved her job and was very artistic and particular with her work. She was a member of the Parkwood Southern Baptist Church in Clarksville, Indiana.

Sandra was an artist and very talented at her craft. In her pastime, she loved shopping and telling stories, but most of all, she loved babysitting her nieces and nephews. She was always a prankster, and the kids loved hearing her stories. She loved animals and was a huge advocate for ASPCA. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

Along with her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by two siblings, Gerald Lee Crawford and Ronald Allen Crawford.

Sandra is survived by her sister, Debbie Howell (Rick), and brother, Mark Crawford (Barb); nieces and nephews J.J., Chris (Jeri), Brandi (Justin), Kevin (Courtney), and Ricky (Lauren); and numerous great-nieces and nephews.

Sandra's visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
