Robert L. "Bob" Kremer Sr.

Robert L. “Bob” Kremer, Sr., 84, died Thursday, September 11, 2014 at Kindred Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born August 17, 1930 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Tony and Ola Mae Kremer. He is also preceded in death by his wife Janet Kremer and two infant children, Michael and Susan Kremer. He was a U.S. Marine, serving in the Korean War, and received two purple hearts. He was a member of the American Legion Bonnie Sloan Post, the VFW Post 3281, and a Mason and Shriner. He retired from the Courier-Journal after 37 years of service. Kremer, Jr. Grandchildren: Danielle Kremer Matthew Kremer Sister: Betty Monroe (Carl) Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana.
