Robert H. Deem

Robert H. Deem, 79, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018. The son of the late Joseph and Audrey Kupferer Deem, Robert was born May 13, 1939 in New Albany, Indiana. He previously worked as a switchman for the L&N Railroad and then worked at Occidental Chemical Company. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, North American Hunting Club, and Wildlife Forever.

Survivors include his three daughters, Brenda Brinkworth, Marci Springer (Steve), and Jodie Smith (John); 6 grandchildren, Jason (Jessie), Jennifer, Steven, Christopher, Shandy, and Shae C (Robby); and 8 great grandchildren, Noah, Marley, Jesse, Sage, Karsyn, Mavrick, Camden, and Lyla.

Visitation will be 3 pm ~ 8 pm Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN. His Funeral Service will be 11 am Friday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with private entombment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
