Rex Neal Young, age 70, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023. Neal was born in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Rex and Ruby Young. He served his country in the United States Navy for 22 years and was a longtime purchasing agent for University of Louisville Health.
He is survived by his wife, Judy; daughter, Desiree; and brothers Carter and Gary.
A visitation for Rex will be held Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.
Rex will be laid to rest in New Albany National Cemetery, New Albany, Indiana.
