Patricia Ann Smith, age 77 passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024 at Bridgepoint Gardens in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Patricia was born in New Albany, Indiana on February 11, 1947 to the late Melvin and Ann Waltman Weber. She was a retired RN at various hospitals and nursing homes in Southern Indiana.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Larry C. Smith; companion, Jay Stiles; and a brother, Joseph Weber.
Patricia is survived by a sister in law, Kathy Weber; a niece, Erin Weber; two nephews, Chris Weber (Liz) and Patrick Weber; and several great nieces and nephews.
She will be laid to rest privately at Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
