Judith Ann McGowan Neilson was born July 12, 1941, and passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023. She was preceded by her husband of 29 years, Richard Larry Neilson.
She is survived by her sons Christopher Edward Nix (Mary), Stephan (Scott) Michael, and James Kenneth Nix (Heather); stepdaughter, Gina Neilson, along with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Judy, as she was known to family and friends, was born in St Louis but spent most of her life in Louisville KY, and Houston, Texas. As an avid collector, She loved shopping and selling at flea markets, her teacup chihuahuas, and laughing with her sons!
