Joanne P. Carroll

Joanne P. Carroll, age 75, of Georgetown, Indiana formally of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Baptist Health Floyd. Joanne was born in Louisville, Kentucky on January 1, 1948, to the late Eugene and Laura Evelyn Perigo. She was a graduate of Male High School and was retired from Executive West and the Galt House. She was a loving caregiver for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Perigo; and her mother-in-law, Velma "Nana" Witten.

Joanne is survived by two children, Shannon Carroll (Brandie Pendleton) and Stacy Robinson (Tommie); second son, Louie Shaw; grandchildren, Meghan Storms (Todd), Casey Carroll and Josie Parks; great grandchildren, Alexia, Makenzie, Bubby, Audi, Corbyn, Peyton, Cohen and Clay; siblings, Rose Wright, Genia Duckwall and Walter Perigo; and numerous nieces, nephew and close friends.

A visitation for Joanne will be held Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM.
