In addition to her father she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Spencer; and two brothers, Chris Miller and Bobby (Teresa) Miller.
She survived by son, Charles "Laz" Spencer; mother, Mable Burger Miller; a granddaughter, Amber Spencer; two great-grandchildren, Phillip Jr. and Blakey Rae; two brothers, Thomas (Betty) Miller and Wayne Miller; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home. Private burial will be in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
