Jayne G. (Redmon) Watson

Jayne G. (Redmon) Watson, 87 years of age died Thursday December 3, 2015 at Clark Memorial Hospital. Jayne was born November 14, 1928 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Steven and Gladys (Creger) Redmon. She was the widow of Maurice C. Watson Jr. and was a retired Administrative Secretary with Reynolds Metals and Southern Gravure Services for many years. She attended Southern Adventist University where she studied secretarial administration. Jayne was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son John A. Watson and two brothers Bob and Bill Redmon. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.

Survivors include her sons, James Watson(Teresa), Craig Watson, Gerald Matin (Barbara); daughter-in-law, Arlene Watson; siblings, Joan Guinn, Ben Redmon, Tom Redmon (Vivianne), Jim Redmon (Emily); many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday and after 10:00 am Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service 2776 Charlestown Rd. New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday December 8, 2015 at the Kraft Charlestown Rd. Chapel. Private burial will be in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.

The family request expression of sympathy in her honor to go to American Legion Post #35 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to help the needy.
