Janet Lynn Rudy

Janet Lynn Rudy, 65, of Sellersburg, Indiana passed away on Monday, January 17, 2022. Janet was born August 19, 1956 in New Albany, Indiana to the late William Ivan Meyer and Catherine Meyer-Good. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church where she was a eucharist minister. She was retired from Samtec with over 30 years of service. She is preceded in death by her father, William Ivan Meyer; her mother, Catherine Meyer Good; step-father, Charles Good; a grandson, Charlie Rudy; a niece, Kathy Kannapel; and a brother-in-law, Glenn Hublard. Janet is survived by her husband of 47 years, Keith Rudy; two children, Nicholas (Stacey) Rudy and Chad Rudy; granddaughter, Katelyn Rudy; siblings, Willian Von (Bonnie) Meyer, Diane Meyer (Jon) Cooke, Cynthia Meyer (Jim) Hytken and Mary Lou Meyer Hublard; a step-brother, Charles (Donna) Good; her god daughter, Victoria Good; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. A visitation for Janet will be held Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150. Her funeral mass will be Friday, January 21, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 1752 Scheller Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150.
