Joe enjoyed collecting old cars and having a nice cold beer.
Joe is survived by six siblings: Paul Cotner, Diane Weigleb, Dennis Cotner, Glennis Beach, Alma Briles, and Lonnie Cotner.
A visitation for Joe will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with visitation prior to service starting at 9:00 AM.
Joe will be laid to rest in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
