Erwin C. Schoch

Erwin C. Schoch, age 86, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2022. Erwin was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 4, 1936 to the late Emil and Martha Schoch. He served his country in the United States Marine Corp Reserves and was a member of the Marine Corp League. Erwin was a retired sales associate in the oil industry and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in New Albany. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Michael and Steven; and great grandson, Grant Johnson. Erwin is survived by his wife of 66 years, Joyce; daughter, Marti Keith (Charlie); son, Tony (Pat); brother, Walter (Terri); 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A memorial visitation for Erwin will be held Monday, October 31, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana, followed by a memorial service at 1:00 pm. Erwin will be laid to rest in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Erwin's memory may be made to The Salvation Army.
