Donna Sue Neal

Donna Neal,80, of Sellersburg, Indiana, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 21, 2022,after a brief illness. Donna was a graduate of Butler High School and was retired from the Greater Clark School System, where she worked as a teacher’s aide. She was a member of Hi Neighbor Homemakers Club and was president of the Clark County Homemakers for several years. Donna was a former Square Dancer and was a past president of the Kentuckiana Square Dance Association. She was also an active member of First Baptist Church of Jeffersonville, where she was part of the decorating committee. She loved crafts, especially anything to do with flowers, and she used her talent to bless and brighten the day of those she loved. Donna was preceded in death by her Father, Carl Huckelberry; her Mother Mary Huckelberry; and her brother David Huckelberry who was lost at sea on the U.S.S. Scorpion in 1968. Left to cherish her memory, Donna leaves behind her husband of almost 60 years, Douglas P. Neal. Daughters Carla (John) White and Paula Glover. Grandchildren Zachary, Austin and Allyssa as well as fur grandchildren Brayde, Baxter, Rascal and Lincoln the horse. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, February 24, 2022 and from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Friday, February 25, 2022 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Friday, February 25, 2022 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road with burial to follow in Abundant Life Memorial Gardens.
