Beverly L. Morris

Beverly L. Morris, 71, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at Baptist Health Floyd. Beverly was born in Wooten, Kentucky on September 27, 1951, to the late Eli and Minnie Wilson. She was a bookkeeper for M. Wolfe Meat Company and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life who recently passed away on March 25, 2023, Greg Morris; a daughter, Samantha Morris; stepson, Thomas Jason Morris; and siblings. Hayward Wilson, Jack Wilson, Ivan Wilson, Margaret Jeffries, Erma Jones, Leola Sanavitch and Bobbie Stewart.

Bev is survived by a sister, Shirley Moore; sister-in-law, Glenda Calvert; brother-in-law, Kenny Morris (Peggy); stepsons, Greg Morris (Lisa), Chris Morris (Angie) and Geoffrey Morris and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation for Beverly will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150, followed by a memorial service at 1:00 PM. Following Bev's wishes, cremation was chosen.
