Beverly "Bev" J. (Lynch) Elmore passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2024. Bev was born in New Albany, Indiana on December 19th, 1951 to the late Thomas F. Lynch and Marilyn F. (Voignier) Lynch. Bev always had a smile and never met a stranger this carried over to her love of food and her businesses. She loved cooking country food from scratch and was the owner of The Country Place (Galena) and Pal Dairy Bar (Palmyra). Bev enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren, she loved her family dearly.
Bev is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Randall "Randy" Elmore; her grandchildren, Thomas Anthony Blair and Grant Randall Elmore.
Bev is survived by her children, Marilyn (Doug) Spencer, Vaughn (Toni) Jantzen, Rhonda (Tim) Cortie, and Randy Elmore; her grandchildren, Charlie (Jennifer) Cortie, Cody (Bradley) Beddingfield, Chris (Kailyn) Spencer, Timothy Cortie, Erika (John) Faith, Makenzie (Jeremy) Pitts, Joey Jantzen, Gage Evan, Gavin Elmore, and Hannah Elmore; her great grandchildren, Jensen, Waylon, Wesley, Benjamin, and Matthew; her brothers, Michael (Helen) Lynch and James (Kaci) Lynch; and her nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life for Bev will be at a later date.
