Anna M. Renn, 86, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away November 23, 2020 at Guerin Woods Health Campus. She was born on April 22, 1934 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Benjamin Renn and Viola Banet Renn Goss. Anna was a retired office manager and enjoyed spending time with others. She was involved in the performing arts, singing in weddings, and was a long time member of Clarksville Little Theater. She also enjoyed participating in the political process, working for her favorite candidates and encouraging others to participate. She had an ability to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. This welcoming and non-judgmental nature gave her the ability to offer kind and encouraging words when needed. She left behind no children but she was everyone’s favorite aunt, providing that extra spark and yes, maybe even a drop or two of mischievousness, at gatherings. Anna loved everybody and everybody loved Anna.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved, Jerry Tyler.
She is survived by her siblings, Mary C. Looney, Rose Huber, Melvin (Judy) Goss and Gwen (Jim) King; and numerous nieces and nephews, James (Marilyn) Looney, Patty Looney, Tracey Jackson, Amy (Steve) Saurer, Michael (Vicki) Huber, Debbie (John) Harbeson, Gary (Debra) Huber, Mark (Lisa) Huber, Paul Huber Jr., Lori (Ted) Bishop, Lynne DeMoss, Leslie Brown and Melvin (Amy) Goss Jr.
Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at St. Mary's of the Knobs Catholic Church, 5719 Saint Marys Road, Floyds Knobs, Indiana 47119 with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
