Robert Allen Lavallee

It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Robert Lavallee on November 30, 2022 following a brief illness.

Rob will be lovingly remembered by his siblings Margaret (John) Chaboyer, Gerald Lavallee, Jenny Lavallee, Shirley Chartrand, Marlene (Norman) Moar, Eva Lavallee, Reg (Heather) Lavalee, and Cassie (James) De Wolf, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his parents Wiliam and Alice Lavallee, brothers Alexander, Elmer, Daniel, and Leonard, and sisters Rose-Marie, Josephine, and Isabella.

Robert loved his career as a truck driver and was a member of the Trappers baseball team. His faith was a central part of his life, guiding him at all times. His beloved Bible is a testament to how often he turned to the Lord for trust and guidance.

We would like to thank the nurses, doctors, and staff of CancerCare Manitoba and Riverview Health Center for the kindness, care, and compassion shown to Robert. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to CancerCare Manitoba in Robert’s memory.

Visitation will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 10 at Green Acres Funeral Home. Cremation will follow, and a Memorial Service will take place in May 2023.
