Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 70 years, Kasmer, sons Jim (Adele), Paul (Bev), daughter Susan (Troy), grandchildren Tammy (Stephen), Scott, Melissa (Brandon), Chris (Mel), Kate-Lynn (Miles), and Taylor and great grandchildren Jordan (Lia), Tomiko, Talia, Noah, Isabella, Penelope, Lauren and Eric.

Marie was born in Caliento, MB and was a longtime member of St. John’s Ukrainian Catholic Church. Marie loved to cook, clean and entertain - she was always busy. Family was Marie’s greatest joy and she was happiest when we were all together.

Special thanks to Tom and Carol for their ongoing support, and to the staff at the Charleswood Care Home for the love and compassion given to Mom and our family over the last year.

Parastas Funeral Service will be held at Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church at 390 Marion Street on Thursday, August 10th at 10 am. Reception to follow.
