It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, Joan Hazel Conklin, at the Riverview Health Center on Wednesday January 6, 2021.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an animal charity of your choice.
