Diane Emily Jarosiewicz

It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Diane Emily Jarosiewicz on August 30th, 2022 at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 65 years.

She leaves behind her son Richard and Grandson Hudson, Siblings Ed, Joey, Alfred, Andrew, Angelica, Robert and Barbara, Nephew Scott, Nieces Kirstin and Chelsea. She was predeceased by her parents Martha and Joseph.

Diane had a long career working at the Winnipeg Tax Center in Error Inspection and Canada Child Benefit, starting in 1981 until she was unable to continue due to health reasons. She was loved by her coworkers and got along with everybody. She also had the impossible job of being a single mother and she was always giving everything she could to support her family. She fondly enjoyed playing slow pitch baseball with her coworkers, as well as traveling with her family and friends, she always relished the camaraderie and friendships she had.

There will be a Funeral Service at Green Acres Funeral Home on Friday, September 9th at 11:00 a.m. and a family and friends celebration of life at a location to be determined. We would be forever grateful and welcome everyone and anyone to attend and join our family in remembering an amazing loving woman, mother, sister and friend.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a memorial donation be made to offset funeral costs and allow her son to lay his mother to rest.
