Bruce Wayne Miller

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bruce Wayne Miller with his family by his side on December 16th, 2022.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Lorraine of 44 years, daughters Tanya Miller, Nicole (Brendon) Doering, Michele (Tyler) Kess, 6 grandchildren Mia, Oliver, Gwen, Zoey, Ethan & Brady, brother Dennis (Marietta) Miller, sister-in-law Joan (Steve) Kowerko, sister-in-law Carol Green, and many nieces and nephews.

Bruce worked at many jobs in his lifetime starting at the age of 14. He retired from Winnipeg Transit as a Street Inspector after 31 years and taught driver’s education for over 25 years.

Bruce loved to travel with family and friends, enjoyed his 2nd home in Florida where he also made a lot of new friends. When not in Florida, Bruce and Lorraine enjoyed camping trips and their trailer at Miami Beach with his children and grandchildren, where they would ask Papa for rides in his golf cart.

His most recent favorite passion was restoring his 1963 Ford Falcon, enjoying all the little details in the restoration.

In accordance with Bruce’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no funeral service will be held.
