LT... You were such an inspiration to so many kids in the neighborhood!   It was becuz of you that I had the career I did in with NCPD.  I will remember your smile, kindness and love of family.  God Bless you and Mrs. Nosal, and may the Angels surround and comfort your family...

Bill Nosal was a good man, and a great guy to work for. He was an old school cross-draw holstered cop, who always had your back. Bill always called me "Chev, Chevy, Chico, or Chili Bean." I will always remember Bill. He was a good man.
