He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, great grandfather. William loved his wife and children and was not afraid to tell them.
He was an avid fisherman that loved to catch shrimp at the bay at Gulf to Bay and catch sheephead. William was a Mr. Fix It a jack of all trades that loved to work and help others.
William and his wife were faithful members of the Hickory Hills Lutheran Church, He loved the Bible and the stories from the Bible.
William is proceeded in death by his daughter, Barbara Henry Fly; parents, Clarence Newton Henry and Hazel Clair Robinson; siblings, Malcolm Henry, Gene Henry and Lois Wood.
Survivors include His wife of 73 years, Mary Ann Sullivan, his four living children, Steve Henry, Bill Henry, Karen Henry Oldfield and Michael Henry; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; his brothers, Mike Henry, Donald Henry and sister Edith Shutt.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:30 December 1st.
