VAUGHN, Wesley Hudson Of Ashland City, TN. Was born on the 27th of August 1936 in Nashville, TN to the late Ben Wade and Leila Mai Vaughn and passed away on the 4th of August 2013 in Nashville at the age of 76. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife of nearly 57 years of marriage, Betty F. Vaughn; sons, Steve (Janice) Vaughn, Ralph (Rhonda) Vaughn and Ben (Michelle) Vaughn; grandchildren, Calista "Calli", Autumn, Hannah and Allie Vaughn; brother, David (Terry) Vaughn; sister, Betsy (John) Myers. Wesley was a 1955 graduate of Hillsboro High School, and spent his career in Masonry, retiring as Chief Estimator from WASCO, Inc. in 2001. He was the masonry estimator that won the bid to build one of Nashville's most visited venues, the Titan's Stadium. Along with his passion for his job, that he continued to do even after retirement, was his love of fishing and being remembered as one of the founding members of the Music City Fishing Club. A Celebration of Life service held in Wesley's honor will be at one o'clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 7th of August 2013 at Woodlawn's Dignity Hall. The family invites friends to gather with them for a time of remembrance and visitation this evening at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home from five o'clock until eight o'clock and again on Wednesday morning beginning at eleven up until the time of service.
