A member of Hendersonville Freewill Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for 30 years; she enjoyed sewing, making and collecting dolls, family time and was an avid shopper.
Wanda is survived by her husband of 58 years, James "Jimmy" Toombs; children, Jill West and Tony Tombs; sister Teresa (Chip) Parson; brother, Hugh (Sherry) Fults; grandchildren, Tucker Fox, Abigail West; great-grandson, James Ryan Fox.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted 10:00 Saturday, August 10, 2019 in the chapel of Eastland Funeral Home with Bro. Reid Wilkerson and Bro. Eddie Hodges officiating. Entombment will follow in the Woodlawn Cross Mausoleum.
