Mr. Thomas L Smith Jr.

Tommy was born on May 8, 1944 in Clarksville, TN to Martha and Thomas Smith Sr.

He was the owner of a construction company in the Middle Tennessee area for numerous years. Many will remember him by the way he made them feel. He always wanted to make sure everyone was happy and wanted to be able to provide that happiness to them. He was the smartest, hardworking, generous, caring, loving man who never met a stranger.

Tommy is survived by his Son, Chris (Jennifer) Smith; Daughter, Tammy Smith; Granddaughters, Cassandra Smith and Amber Cagle and Veronica Smith; Great-Grandchildren, Malachi Bryant and Kameron Smusz.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas L. Smith Sr. and Martha E. Smith and sister, Martha L. Smith.

A gathering of family and friends for Thomas will be held Friday, September 1, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. A gathering of family and friends will occur Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. A mausoleum crypt side service will occur Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204.
