Susan Waters Stokes, 62, of Nashville, TN went home to be with her Savior on Sunday, December 6, 2020. She is survived by her husband, Tim, her mother, Yvonne Waters, her father, Edwin Waters (Judy), her sister, Teri Moore (Tony) stepson, Patrick Stokes, stepdaughter Morgan Nick (Jake), and granddaughter Harper Nick, as well as many extended family members. Susan was preceded in death by her son Hunter Brice Edens. Susan was a successful business owner with her husband and was instrumental in the success of their company. She was known for her compassionate heart which was demonstrated not only through her work, but also through her love for helping those less privileged while refusing recognition for her kindness. She loved traveling, Alabama football, Florida football, concerts as well as spending time with her family. Her contagious smile, generous heart, and sweet spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Sarah Cannon Fund at the American Cancer Society in Honor of Dr. David Spigel or The Samaritan’s Purse.
