Ruby Keeton Lunn

Ruby Keeton Lunn, Nashville, TN, Age 94. Passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016. She is survived by children, Linda Lunn Flippo, and Kirby H. (Rhonda) Lunn, and son-in-law Ed Laneville. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kirby H. Lunn, Sr., daughter, Carolyn Laneville, son-in-law David Flippo, and parents A. B. and Alice Keeton. Of seven siblings, she is survived by sister, Jewel Potter, and brother Ted Keeton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lunn retired after 30 years from the State of Tennessee, Vital Records Division. Mrs. Lunn was a very loving and nurturing Mother, and deeply devoted to her family. She will be remembered by the many family and friends who she welcomed into her home. Due to the loving care of her family, physicians, and caregivers, Mrs. Lunn happily and comfortably remained in her home until her passing. Special thanks to caregiver and neighbor Tina Meyer. A Life Celebration will be held at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN 37204, on Friday, September 30, 2016, at Two thirty in the afternoon in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall. Visitation is Friday, September 30, 2016 from Twelve thirty in the afternoon until service time. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Alive Hospice Nashville, 1718 Patterson Street, Nashville, TN 37203.
