Ronald E. Blevins, age 81, departed this life on January 21, 2021. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee to the late, Thomas Blevins, Sr. and Elizabeth Walton Burke. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Blevins, Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine "Kathy" Blevins of Hermitage; daughters, Tracey (Chris) Shadix of Old Hickory, Beth Crocker of Lebanon and Kristin Towns of Hermitage; grandchildren, Matthew, Morgan, Allison, Mason, Maycie and Maddox; two great-grandchildren, Catherine and Riley.
Ronald was a retiree of (DuPont) Remeey Industries. He was a loving father, poppie and pawpaw. He never met a stranger in all his travels.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from six o'clock in the evening until seven in the evening on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Metro Baptist Church, 322 E. Cedar St., Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at seven o'clock in the evening on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Metro Baptist Church, 322 E. Cedar St., Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Alive Hospice.
