She was born February 12, 1955 to Mattie McKinney and Ray McKinney. She devoted most of her life working in the education system where she was able to impact many lives. Patricia also enjoyed arts and crafts, traveling to visit family and friends, and was a proud Mimi to her grandchildren.
Patricia is survived by her son Matt Talley; and daughter Rachel Pugh and husband, Brian; two grandsons Kade and Kord Pugh; two brothers Donald McKinney and wife, Lynn; and Ronald McKinney; her brother-in-law Steve Talley; and niece Cindy Talley; two nephews Nelson McKinney and wife, Rachel; and Don McKinney and wife, Cassie.
Patricia was preceded in death by her spouse George D Talley; her mother Mattie McKinney; her father Ray McKinney and her father-in-law Billy G Talley; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Hayes.
A Gathering of Family and Friends for Patricia will be held Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Ln, TN. Celebration of Life Serivces will take place on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
