BLACKWELL, Otis, Jr. age 58 of Antioch, August 26, 2012. Preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Josephine Blackwell; brother, Michael Blackwell; sister, Odette Blackwell. Survived by his wife, Tonya Blackwell; daughter, Omega Peoples; son, Otis “Trey” Blackwell, III; brothers, Leslie Blackwell; niece, Natashia Whitaker. Funeral service to be conducted the afternoon of Saturday, September 1, 2012 at one p.m. in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with Pastor Michael Gooch officiating, entombment to follow in Woodlawn’s Cross Mausoleum. Visitation with the family will be the afternoon and evening of Friday, August 31, 2012 from four to eight p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
