Michelle was born November 21, 1981 to the late Vicki Scurlock and Walter Frank Rush.
Michelle is survived by her significant other Anthony Carden, Her loving daughter Keeley Lewis, Brothers Ricky (Dee Dee) Scurlock and Timmy Rush, Uncle Mike Hohlfeld, and a host of other loving family and friends. Michelle will truly be missed by all that knew and loved her.
